RETURNS & REFUNDS

At Sudhisutra, every piece is made with care, and we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

RETURN WINDOW
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
To request a return, contact us within 7 days of delivery at sudhisutra25@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 7888570003 and share:
1. Your order number
2. The reason for the return
3. Clear pictures of the product, showing its condition, the original packaging, and the label

Returns are approved after we review the reason and pictures. Once approved, we will arrange pickup of the product from your address.

FREE PICKUP
We pick up approved returns from your delivery address at no cost to you. Please keep the product ready in its original packaging. We will confirm the pickup date with you on WhatsApp or by phone.

ELIGIBLE ITEMS
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with labels and packaging intact. Because bedding is a hygiene product, we cannot accept items that have been used, washed, or altered.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it or refund you in full, including shipping charges. Please include an unboxing photo or video along with the pictures above.

EXCHANGES
Need a different size or colour? We're happy to exchange, subject to availability. If the item you want is unavailable, we'll offer store credit or a refund.

NATURAL VARIATIONS IN HAND BLOCK PRINTS
Our hand block print products are printed by artisans using traditional methods. Slight differences in print alignment, colour depth, and small marks are natural characteristics of handmade work and are not considered defects.

REFUNDS
Your refund is initiated as soon as we receive the returned product. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5-7 working days of initiation.

CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
